Baby in the 90s is an indie emo band based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Their swamp saturated rhythms, bold shifts in intensity, and experimental arrangements have drawn comparisons to bands like Manchester Orchestra and Microwave. The band released their first full-length album Rebuilt From Memory in 2021, showcasing their melodic songwriting. More recently, they issued the EP Stuck in July 2025, recorded with Grammy-nominated engineer Matt Goldman (Underoath, As Cities Burn, Microwave), further expanding their sonic palette with heavier dynamics and introspective lyricism.
Playing regional festivals, DIY tours, and performing as direct support for Dexter and The Moon Rocks, Pool Kids, Karly Hartman of Wednesday, Sparta, As Cities Burn, and more, they are steadily growing their presence in the indie/emo rock scene.
